"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of New Zealand. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.
Delivery and delivery charges
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary we provide in your online shopping cart.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
A confirmation will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.
Payment/Credit card security
We accept the following credit cards:
Visa & MasterCard
Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use one or more online payment service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment
Shipping and delivery
You should expect to wait no more that 5 working days for a delivery within the Wanaka area.
We deliver to your door on our next designated delivery day; currently we are delivering twice a week.

Returns
Swig Limited hopes that you will love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund of all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. Swig Limited shall not be responsible for any damage whatsoever caused in the event that the goods are stored incorrectly.
Please contact us by emailing Rachel@swig.nz and we will organise the return for you. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned. On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. To improve our service, please let us know the reason for returning any goods. Return the parcel to the following address:

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
